We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Customer Success – who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction in the loyalty and retail domain.. This role focuses on driving customer retention, growth, and overall satisfaction by understanding client needs, delivering value, and acting as a trusted advisor. The KAM collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding client goals and challenges. Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and customer escalations effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand account engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions to align with customer objectives.
  • Act as a voice of the customer & collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery & to enhance customer offerings.
  • Monitor key account health metrics and take proactive measures to address potential issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in customer success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Loyalty & Retail is an advantage
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English, Hindi, Marathi, any other language will be an advantage
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with patience. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships. 
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and growth targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, new retail segments, and building strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that drive customer retention, revenue growth, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities for our loyalty/CRM/analytics platform 

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Strategic and POS partners and retailers

– Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing partners

– Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to develop competitive loyalty offerings

Job Description:

*Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, referrals, and networking.

*Cold call, email, and engage in other outreach methods to initiate contact with prospective clients.

*Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries and concerns promptly.

*Develop and deliver proposals that outline the proposed solution, pricing, and terms.

*track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

*Regularly update sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related documentation.
