Tushar Rele
Founder
Working in Sales, Marketing and Product domain, he developed an early passion for Customer Loyalty and was fascinated by the positive impact it has on businesses. It all started when he witnessed lack of loyalty solutions in tier 2 and beyond markets and felt a strong potential to disrupt the loyalty market in that geography. An affordable loyalty solution that works and delivers real business results using the power of sophisticated technology with a human touch. All this and the backing of 17+ years of corporate experience in Product, Business Development, Strategic Alliances & Marketing across industries, in which 9 years were spent in Customer Loyalty, before founding Blue Ocktopus. In between "What Next", you either catch him walking, gaming, cooking or reading comics!

Meet Dinesh, our tech guru with two decades of experience in Technology and Product Development. From early days in programming, he’s been passionate about solving critical problems and uncovering hidden value. His drive for innovation has shaped our solution capabilities, making them integral to our offerings. Dinesh champions competency as a core value, ensuring we deliver value and match the right tools to every project, no matter its size or complexity. Beyond work, he’s always coding, writing about tech solutions, or diving into discussions about technology and products. And outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying long drives, whipping up delicious dishes, or diving into spiritual literature.

Priya, a powerhouse with a diverse background and a passion for driving growth, brings a wealth of expertise from her more than two decades of professional experience. She has led teams at companies like GlaxoSmithkline, UTV, Prime Focus, SonyBMG Music, PRNewswire, and even founded two companies in the retail and design domains. At Blue Ocktopus, Priya plays a pivotal role in our growth journey by building a formidable sales team, and crafting strategies to expand our footprint in both national and international markets. Beyond business, you’ll find her indulging in culinary crafts or tearing up the dance floor or admiring art of exploring new destinations!

She believes in the mantra "Customer Service is not a department, it's an attitude". Jacqueline is the epitome of balancing work and life with style and grace! He is also a mentor extraordinaire, guiding our architectural team with wisdom and grace.At his leisure time, you’ll find him casting lines on the water, reeling in big catches, or diving into the captivating world of historical novels. From the boardroom to the fishing boat, he is always making waves!

Strategic Accounts
Nisha is results-driven Sales, Marketing & Brand Professional with over 17 years of experience. Adept at blending creativity and data insights to deliver impactful sales campaigns and fostering cross-functional collaborations. Strong analytical skills enables her to identify market trends, target audiences, and create compelling narratives that resonate with customers. Oracle India & Times of India is where she spent most of her corporate life. When not being strategic, she love reading and is in the process of penning down a kids novel!

Vikas, our second employee, has been with us from the beginning. He has a decade of experience in companies like Bajaj Finance Ltd and Mahindra & Mahindra in the operations realm. His strength lies in bridging gap between customer requirements and technology. He also spearheads the partner integrations and implementations. Alongwith his team, he strives for operational excellence and they provide the best operations support to customers. When he removes his Operational hat, Vikas is busy trekking various forts in Maharashtra or spending quality time with his little one!
